Remember Office Rule No. 1? The boss is always right. If the boss is wrong, refer to rule 1. It's just a smudge here and there, but the golden rule appears to be losing some of its sheen finally.
In an increasingly employee-friendly world and one where jobs chase workers, rather than the other way round a bad boss is an HR manager's worst nightmare. More and more companies are adopting a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying supervisors, especially when he is the cause of their losing valuable employees. compensation claims

HI, Yes you are true that boss is always right, because if we will say something and he not like then if that go against a employee but if every one group against boss, then boss also can be wrong.

A. Work Smarter, Not Harder. B. Let Your Work Speak For Your Growth, Not Your Words. C. Dont bother about your Impression. D. Keep your self updated and accurate, let your boss and fellow colleagues depend on you. E. Develop your own identity.
I have been in the industry from last 9 years and have never developed any cracks between my current and all other bosses under which I have worked for. Keep one thing in mind Bosses only appreciate n admire those employee who create their own identity. __________________________________________________ iphone 3g battery 5000 mah
